Shine Arts Alliance
Shine Arts Alliance is a 501 c3 status non-profit performing arts organization, delivering the
arts to title I public, charter schools, catholic schools, and organizations in the West Philadelphia community and abroad.
For the past +12 years, SAA has worked with the youth in cultivating their interest in the arts. Shine now
wishes to extend opportunities to theater college students and experienced theatre artists who wish to
expand their studies to a professional theater company as a part-time position. Shine Arts Alliance is
currently working with students in 5th -8th grade teaching the fundamental basics of acting and theatre
elements. Play production will take place on March 29, 2023. Additionally, Shine will produce a Musical Theater Camp on July 3-August 25, 2023. Production will be held on August 25, 2023, at the Venice Island Theatre.
Candidates must be knowledgeable, prior theatre and education experience and open to teaching and managing children.

Summer Show
Rehearsal will begin: on July 3, 2023
Strike on: August 25, 2023. Summer camp sessions will take place on Monday to Friday. The schedule is between 9:00am-3:00pm Subject to change for production.
